The amazing history of the Maison Boucheron started in 1858 when Frédéric Boucheron opened his first store in Galerie de Valois, at Palais-Royal, a fashionable district of Paris. In 1893, Frédéric Boucheron became the first jeweler to move to Place Vendôme – the “golden triangle” of Paris where today you can find the stores and boutiques of the best jewelry brands.
Frédéric Boucheron had a dream to conquer the hearts of everyone in the world. We must admit he realized this dream. Today, more than 47 Boucheron stores are open in the biggest cities of the world: New York, London, Madrid, Brussels, Dubai, Honk Kong, Seoul, Sidney, Saint Petersburg and many more.
From time immemorial among the admirers and clients of Frédéric Boucheron’s creations are the Yusupovs, the Morozovs, the Obolensky, the Trubetzkoy, Tsar Alexander III, Tsar Nicolas whose families and courts where the symbols of aristocracy, taste, posh and wealth.
The Maison Boucheron creations were delighted by the great actress Sarah Bernhardt and the writers Oscar Wild and Marcel Proust, the Hollywood stars Greta Garbo, Rita Hayworth and Marlene Dietrich.
